Extracurricular activity

Ballet for children

Ballet helps develop posture, coordination and body awareness, while also encouraging discipline, musicality and expression. Classes are adapted to each age group and support gradual progress in a positive environment focused on wellbeing.

Ballet, technique and expression

In ballet, children work progressively on balance, flexibility and body control. At the same time, they develop attention, discipline and musical sensitivity. Alongside the technical component, we also value expression: learning how to use space, coordinate movements and gain confidence on stage – always in a way that is appropriate to their age.
