Swimming classes

Swimming helps develop coordination, stamina and confidence in the water, in a safe environment with gradual progression. Classes are adapted to each age group and work on technique and swimming strokes in a playful and structured way.

    Preschool: Monday and Wednesday, 12:15pm-1:00pm
    Primary School: Tuesday and Thursday, 12:45pm-1:30pm

Teacher

Nádia Esteves

Nádia Esteves has experience in teaching swimming and working with children of preschool and school age. In her classes, she follows a gradual progression, reinforcing safety, confidence and technique in a way that is appropriate to each pupil’s level.

Other activities

Judo

Judo develops motor coordination, self-control, and confidence. Through clear rules and gradual progression, children learn to cooperate, respect others, and face challenges with composure.

Guitar

More than just learning an instrument, guitar helps develop rhythm, listening skills, and perseverance. Children build confidence as they see real progress lesson after lesson, while discovering a form of self-expression they can carry with them throughout life.

Ballet

Ballet promotes good posture, balance, and body awareness. At the same time, it encourages discipline, musicality, and artistic expression in a positive environment tailored to different age groups.

Piano

Piano develops concentration, memory, and coordination. Through regular practice and guidance, children learn to listen, persevere, and express themselves through music.
