Classical ballet is probably the best training for any type of dance. Its basic principles are:

Ballet and children

Ballet lessons allow the children to develop motor and rhythmic coordination, posture, sense of space and location, while also improving concentration, physical resistance and flexibility and developing expression and memory.

Clare Feist

Born in England, went to Elmhurst Ballet School until she was 16. Transferred to the National Conservatory Dance School in Lisbon to continue her study. 
Worked as a dancer and a choreographer for theatre and television and is now a teacher. Clare has received the "Certificate of Dance Education" and "Registered Teacher Status" of the Royal Academy of Dance. She has also attended the teacher’s seminars of the Vaganova Academy, from the 1st to the 4th year.


The children should be properly dressed for the activities; everything that is required is available for sale at the school office.


Pre-school - Tuesday from 16:15 to 17:00.

Primary school - Tuesday from 17:00 to 17:45 and Thursday from 16:30 to 17:15.
